Columbia Offers Tents on South Lawn in Response to Heat Complaints

Due to the sweltering heat that students have faced over the past few days in their university housing, Columbia will be offering tents on the South Lawn for those seeking a cooler place for the night.

Undergraduates from across campus who will be taking advantage of this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity will have to sign an agreement stating that they are “not like that.” The institution has declined to clarify what these terms mean.
The Fed advises students to get packing soon, given that the university will only provide limited amounts of free s’mores.
