Columbia To Send GS Senior Cruise Through Strait of Hormuz

In their latest attempt to appeal to the Trump Administration, Columbia University leaders announced this week that they will celebrate the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz by sending the GS Senior Cruise through it.

“We understand that the administration is reluctant to send active soldiers into the mine-laden strait. However, to get more funding, we are volunteering the entire General Studies senior cruise. Most of them have some kind of military experience, so it’s basically a nostalgia trip for them.”

A spokesperson for the University confirmed to The Federalist that involuntary enlistment in the United States Military is part of the terms and conditions that General Studies Students sign off on upon their enrollment.
