Flight Delay Quickly Rectified After Passenger Helpfully Takes Out Anger On Gate Attendant

Frustrated with the forty-minute delay, a man on the 12:20 flight from Chicago O’Hare to JFK reportedly saved the day by losing his temper with the gate attendant. “What do you mean the plane’s not here yet?” shouted passenger Michael Avidon, 43, whose repeated insistences that an airport employee “get the pilot on the walkie” bore fruit when his efforts encouraged the airport staff to cancel the delay. “I don’t want to hear excuses. I paid for a ticket, and I’m gonna get where I’m going on time, inclement weather be damned.” At press time, Avidon had reportedly received a three-star Michelin meal after complaining about the quality of the in-flight complimentary peanuts.
